Order, Cancellation & Return Policy
At Bloomtopia, every floral arrangement is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted to order using carefully selected fresh flowers. Because our arrangements are perishable and often customized specifically for each client, we have a few policies in place to protect both our customers and the quality of our floral work.
Fresh Flowers & Final Sale Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all floral purchases are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once an order has been prepared, the flowers have been specifically selected, conditioned, and designed for your order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returned floral arrangements.
We want you to love your Bloomtopia experience. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine the best way to assist you.
Cancellations
Because many of our arrangements are prepared specifically for each customer, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund, subject to the order's circumstances.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup may not be eligible for a refund because flowers and materials may have already been purchased or the arrangement may already be in production.
Once an arrangement has been designed or prepared, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
For highly customized or special-event orders, different cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Flower Availability & Substitutions
Fresh flowers are subject to seasonal availability. Occasionally, a specific flower, color, or variety may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If a substitution is necessary, Bloomtopia may replace the unavailable flower with another flower of similar style, color, quality, and value, while maintaining the overall look and aesthetic of the arrangement.
We will always make every effort to preserve the beauty and design of your selected arrangement.
Color Variations
Please keep in mind that flower colors may naturally vary from photographs due to season, lighting, flower variety, and availability. Our product images are intended to represent the overall style and design of the arrangement and may not be an exact representation of every individual flower.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, and contact information.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, Bloomtopia may contact the recipient or customer to coordinate the safest available option.
Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or circumstances outside Bloomtopia's control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in preparing and transporting every arrangement.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the arrangement and packaging.
This allows us to properly evaluate the situation and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or another suitable resolution.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Personalized arrangements, including customized messages, names, colors, floral selections, gift boxes, and other special requests, are created specifically for the customer.
Because these orders are individually prepared, custom and personalized orders are final once production has begunand may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Bloomtopia cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road conditions, accidents, delivery restrictions, or other unexpected events.
We will always make a reasonable effort to communicate with you and find the best possible solution.
